The IC-300 portable digital frequency meter has high sensitivity in frequency measurements from 3 Hz to 3 GHz in two overlapping ranges. It also has a period measurement function from 8 ms to 330 ms.

The IC-300 uses a reciprocal measurement technique that provides you with high resolution at all frequencies and a fast refresh rate. It provides high levels of sensitivity across the entire frequency range. The user can select a low pass filter to reduce noise at the lower frequencies.

It incorporates a large 8-digit LCD screen. The low level of power consumption of the IC-300 allows it to run continuously for several hours (20 hours approx.), Powered by a 9V battery. The auto-off function after 15 seconds confers extra battery life on those occasions when continuous monitoring of the signal is not necessary.
