Description
LOAD SAFER has developed a technology specifically designed to prevent theft in the transport sector. It detects unwanted intrusions in the barge and drives up to 16 smoke generators. In addition, it has a specific communications module. It also has a tracking module for stolen stocks for a period of 12 hours.

LOAD SAFER TRANSPORT is composed of three modules with specific functionalities that interact with each other naturally when connected:

1. LOAD SAFER CONTROL

- Controls the input signals and manages the output signals

- 4 inputs:

  • 1 immediate action input (panic button)

  • 3 timed detection inputs

- 2 access control inputs (On / Off)

- Input Enable Selectors

- Planning the firing sequence and times between smoke devices

- 16 sequential activation outputs for optimized boost loads

- GSM communication module

- Internal Status Indicator GPRS / GSM

- Universal SMA connection for quadband antenna

- Mini-USB connection for the configuration and customization of each installation

- Software LOADSAFER-PC

- Connections for backup batteries (batteries not supplied)

- Temp. Operating range 0 ° ~ + 50 ° C

- Voltage at 24V

2. LOAD SAFER SMOKE

- 16 smoke cans + casings that produce a total of 1,760 m³ of smoke (110 m³ each) with a discharge of 20 seconds duration for each boat

- Do not consume in sleep mode

- Consumption from 0.9 to 1.5V on activation

- Dimensions of each boat: Ø65 x 90 mm

- Weight of each can: 240 g

- Expiration of the boats: 3 years

3. LOAD SAFER RECOVERY

- Goods recovery system activated only if the goods are removed from the dry box or barge

- It constantly sends signals of location of the merchandise in real time, allowing its tracking through Google Maps
