According to Art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data (d. lg. n. 196/2003), current legislation on video surveillance, any body that has supervised protection 24 hours by by security cameras should mark it properly by a sufficiently visible informational sign. In this poster it must be indicated the body to which citizens can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition of the data contained in the recording files.
