El IC-023 consiste en un comprobador de enlaces de telefonía básico RDSI + POTS. Soporta interfaces S.U. y líneas analógicas (a/b). Dispone de modo monitor para a/b con CLIP y DTMF en pantalla, transferencia de datos a PC y pruebas automatizadas con almacenamiento de 5 resultados. Incluye diversos accesorios como cables (RDSI-BRI/RJ45, de interfaz U, etc), protector de goma, baterías recargables y cargador, entre otros.
